Below are some of my favorites,
CTRL+C - Copy
CTRL+X - Cut
CTRL+V - Paste
CTRL+A - Select All
Have you ever wanted to select all the files in a directory but one or two?
use CTRL+A then hold CTRL and click the two files to unselect them.
Windows Logo - Start menu
Windows Logo+R - Run dialog box
Windows Logo+D - displays the desktop
Windows Logo+L - Log off Windows
